Who has held a birthday party at their home or hired a hall to host a party? Do you remember how stressful and time consuming it is to organise? Having to cook or cater for food. Organising drinks and beverages. What games to play on the day with the kids. Hire entertainment. Decorating the party. Packing goodie bags the night before and not to mention the clean up after the party! I have experienced this stress and costly party planning in the past so when it came to having MIa’s 7th birthday party at Jungle Buddies Party & Play – it was an absolute no brainer and this is why we loved it.
Delicious food menu
One of the things that stood out to me about Jungle Buddies Party & Play was their menu. Unlike other indoor play centre menus, they have a huge range of healthy and kid friendly menu choices to choose from. We were also able to cater food for the parents with their delicious range on offer from the Party Platter Menu. We went with the Ultimate Entertainer package which easily catered for the 30 parents that stayed at the party.
Themed party room
The party rooms are beautifully decorated and can be themed like Disney Princesses or a Marvel Superhero. Mia asked for an ice cream themed birthday party so the team pulled together some gelato coloured themeing for the room and it looked amazing! I absolutely loved it and so did Mia. They provide everything to make the party room look spectacular. They also have a balloon menu so you can add that extra special decor to the room.
Fabulous party hosts
The party hosts were wonderful! Full of energy and able to manage 30 very energetic kids. You don’t have to do anything. The party hosts will round up the kids to the room to eat. They will do a roll call based on the guestlist you provide to ensure no children miss out. They then take them into the room to sit down and eat and drink. The hosts serve the food to each child and top up their drinks. After they have filled their tummies with the yummy food, the hosts then gets them ready for some party games. The room was filled with laughter, music and lost of fun for the kids!
After the games are done and dusted, they are then round up again to sing happy birthday to the birthday girl and cut the cake and everyone got a slice of cake (with some left overs given out to the adults). Once the formalities of the party are over, each child is given a party bag that Jungle Buddies organise themselves so you don’t have to do that work! Every child absolutely loved the contents of their bag.
Amazing indoor play structure
Besides the fun and games had in the party room, the kids had such a blast playing with the awesome indoor play structure that Jungle Buddies Party & Play provide. There are multiple slides, trampoline, soft cannon balls, giant swing, hanging punching bags and three levels (yes 3!) levels of playing structure to explore and play in. None of the parents saw the kids much while they were at the party and they only came by asking their parents for a drink of water and would run back into the play structure to have some more fun! The parents got to enjoy each other’s company and I was able to relax knowing that the kids and the birthday girl was having the time of her life
Stress-free party!
After organising and planning several of the kids birthday parties over the years, I can hand on heart say that this has been one of the most enjoyable parties for me because I didn’t have to do much. All I had to do was send the birthday invitations out, confirm the guestlist with the Jungle Buddies event coordinator, organise the cake and get the family to Jungle Buddies on time for the festivities!
I was actually able to enjoy watching Mia having fun rather than worrying about the food, what should I do to entertain the kids, running around hanging up the decorations, shopping for the goodie bag and just running around being the party host on the day but not actually able to enjoy the party itself because you are too busy worrying about everyone else. This time I was able to enjoy and be in the moment and have conversations and make connections with the parents who were at the party. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for us as a family and worth engaging the experts at Jungle Buddies Party & Play to make Mia’s 7th birthday party a memorable one.
