I received a phone call to remind me of the booking prior to our booked cleaning date and I also received a phone call on the day letting me know the cleaners were running a little late due to a previous job – which I was grateful for. Nothing worse than waiting for people to turn up on time!
The booking system was seamless and you have various options to choose from. You can book the cleaners to come in weekly, fortnightly or as a one-off clean. You can also add some extra cleaning items (at an added cost) like the outside windows, oven or fridge cleaning.
When you jump online, you can see the availability in your area as well as the price upfront. You can also let the cleaners know what areas of the house you want them to focus on.
For me, the bath and showers were in desperate need of a deep clean so I asked the cleaners to focus on those areas. Both of the cleaners were very lovely and very efficient when it came to cleaning. The showers and baths were left gleaming like new! They brought all of their own equipment and cleaning products, so I didn’t need to supply anything.
