Me Guide Planner by Brave in Bloom – Review and Giveaway

Me Guide Planner Front CoverI love planners. I can’t function without a planner. Juggling being a Mum, running a household, blogging, studying, working, friends and family! Phew. Funnily enough, as I wrote that sentence, I noticed how I didn’t include ME – and this is where the Brave in Bloom ‘Me Guide’ planner is perfect in refocusing your life on you. As women, and I think many of us have  experienced this, even more so when you become a Mum, you totally forget about you. The word ‘me’ becomes an anomaly. We also want to share our new love of this planner by giving one of our lucky readers the chance to win a digital copy of the planner, worth $49!

Here are 5 reasons why I can’t live without this planner:

Quotes

I find reading quotes can infuse so many feelings and emotions when the quote really resonates with you. This planner contain some amazing quotes to help you refocus and reflect on you and your life. Quotes are at the beginning of every month to keep you feeling inspired. My favourite one would have to be

“I am. Two of the most powerful words… For what you put after them shapes your reality.”

Self coaching tools

Here is the self coaching aspect of the planner. I have never used self coaching tools before but always had it on my ‘To Do’ list (you know the list we never get around to actually doing!). There are 16 developmental modules within the planner. If you are like me and come across a page that says ‘What’s Important to Me?’ and are left a little lost thinking ‘well what is important to me?’ and need some guidance and clarification WELL you are in for a treat because throughout the planner and at every module there is a QR code which you can scan and be sent to a video link with two of the girls behind the “Me Guide” talking you through each module and section so you feel better equipped on how to fill it out and much more confident on how to build the life you want.

Me Guide Weekly Planner

Tons of space

When you have a ton of things to juggle in life, how can you possibly fit all of it in a small diary? With this planner, you have a week dedicated to two A4 pages and you can time block your day as the days are split from 5am-8pm so you can plan your days according to your appointments and what needs to be done. You can also make it as colouful as you like! Use coloured pens to be able to distinguish between each time block of activities/appointments. I also love that at the bottom of each day, you can write down what you are thankful for. I think that is such a beautiful way to end a jam packed day.

Me. Me. Me.

I don’t even know the last time I have used the word ‘me’ so much! But this planner really makes you shine the spotlight on yourself. I am sure after running around taking care of kids, meeting deadlines, paying bills, cleaning, cooking etc the word ‘me’ doesn’t enter into your normal daily routine. Hence, this planner has made me rethink about what is important to me, I have set goals for the year going forward, I have had a look at my life now, I have have put pen to paper the 3 things I really want to do and I have set up my weekly goals! And it was all about me, me, me!

Me Guide Weekly Goals

All in one planner

The girls at Brave in Bloom describe their ‘Me Guide’ perfectly on their website

Our Me Guide is a practical downloadable or hard copy all in one guide that acts as an organiser, goal setter, journal and self coaching tool.

I have in the past tried to juggle a diary, a journal, a goal setter and well, it all fell by the wayside. I now just have a bunch of note books that have one page filled out and the rest has been left blank. Knowing that I have everything in the one place to plan out my life is exactly what I needed. I can re-energise and refocus my goals on a regular basis, no longer left by the wayside.

P.S. I got my downloadable copy bound with covers on the front and back for $5.70 at Officeworks.

You can buy a downloadable version of the “Me Guide” for $49 or a hard copy for $79.

  1. I need to make it a priority to take more me time and indulge in some healthy self care. What better way to stay on track than with a hothouse diary!

  2. I need a ‘Me Guide’ because i am obsessed with being organised. I just bought a brother labeler & lots of pretty gift boxes & completely reorganised my office space. Next to organise is myself & my health, family & life goals!

  3. I totally love going offline to plan and I have a lot to do this year! DIY… baby… job hunting. So I need the WRITE help!
