To celebrate the launch of Trolls on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital, a revolutionary collaboration between Smiling Mind, 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and DreamWorks Animation means that a Trolls-inspired meditation will be available for free through the Smiling Mind app.
Trolls Meet Meditation
This initiative will be able to foster positive mental health in children, as children’s minds will be transported to the clouds by the voice of wisecracking Trolls character Cloud Guy. The aim is to help children calm down, relax, and focus on developing contentment and happiness from within.
Smiling Mind CEO, Dr Addie Wooten said the Trolls collaboration would engage more children to use the app and build a much needed skill that is known to enhance resilience and reduce emotional distress. Smiling Mind was developed by psychologists using mindfulness techniques, with more than one million students across Australia and internationally experiencing the benefits.
Smiling Mind and the Trolls home entertainment release is the perfect partnership as they both share positive messages to young people, including how to find happiness within. The Trolls meditation is now available on the FREE Smiling Mind app up until September.
